Terms and Conditions of Excellence Coaches Unlimited Local Shuttle Day Passes:

  • Discounted unlimited local shuttle passes are non refundable.
  • Day pass commences at 0700 on the selected start date.
  • Day pass expires at midnight on the last day.
  • Valid 7am to midnight daily.
  • Valid to phone 0497015981 for pick up, hop on/off at accommodation reception, Macrossan Street stops or anywhere you can flag down our local shuttles.
  • The Purchaser must be able to provide ID matching shuttle pass details when boarding the bus. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Valid all Port Douglas and Craiglie, except gated communities where pick up and drop off is at the gate. Gated communities may be accessed at the driver’s discretion depending on passengers ability to provide immediate access through the gates, and depending on time of day or peak season demands. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Valid in Port Douglas and Craiglie.
