Our Cairns Airport Shuttle service operates standard hours daily between 6am to 6pm. Transfer services after 6pm and before 6am can be booked on our private transfer booking form. Port Douglas local shuttle services run every day from 6am to midnight.

Phone 07 3012 7400 during office hours 9am to 5pm daily.  The best way to make amendments to current bookings is to email below with your booking reference so we can process your amendment and confirm by email.

The best way to update your existing booking, or cancel for a credit or refund is to email us below. Please tell us your booking number eg EXC12345 and the changes you need. Our busy Cairns Airport team monitor emails in between welcoming guests at Cairns Airport. We will respond to your email ASAP during office hours. New bookings can use the book now buttons on the homepage or under ‘Airport Bookings’ in the menu above.

  • Transfers are confirmed when you receive your confirmation. There is no need to re-confirm before arrival. 

  • Departure from Port Douglas is approx. 3 hours before your flight departs Cairns. We will email you 1-2 days before your departure from Port Douglas with your pick up time. To assist the comfort and reliability of our service for all travelling passengers on a shared shuttle, we are unable to alter the departure window for individual requests. As we travel the Captain Cook Highway multiple times every day we factor in all traffic and road conditions on your day of travel to ensure you are at Cairns Airport for your flight.

February 2024:  We provide Cairns Airport direct to Port Douglas no stops in Palm Cove. Please book ahead to secure availability. Last minute bookings less than 24-48 hours before travel are likely to have no availability as all drivers and shuttles may be fully booked. Thank you for your understanding
