Cairns Airport Shuttle Reviews

Reviews from Our Customers

We would like to thank your company for the great help that you were to us yesterday when Lorraine left her mobile phone on the coach on arriving at Cairns airport. The professional manner in which your driver was able to contact our family to let us know that the phone was safe and then returning it to our daughters home in Port Douglas was a great relief to us in a stressful situation .We appreciated your help so much, and will recommend your services to all our friends travelling to holiday in the area. Many thanks

Excellence Shuttles were a great service from Cairns Airport to Port Douglas, and we used them as a shuttle during our stay there. Much cheaper than the other shuttle company at $8 return from the Sheraton into town and back, and the drivers were more friendly. I had left my back cushion in the taxi, and even before I realised it was missing, the driver had tracked me down and it was waiting in my hotel room when I returned. Thanks for the great service!

Arrived safely thankyou, met by Phil in his Calais, very smooth ride!

Thanks Jimmy. You provide a fantastic convenient service with great drivers, our Driver Danny was very friendly, informative and very helpful. We will definitely be using your company during all our visits and recommending you guys as well to our friends. Thanks

Both drivers very safe well mannered and polite. Arrived on time in nice clean vans. Charlie today is very personable and friendly. (FND)

We had a wonderful welcome to Cairns today with Charlie. Full of local information and extremely good customer service. We recommend this service and Charlie.

The warmth and decency of our driver Charlie.
Charlie drove us from Cairns to Port Douglas the back to Cairns a week later and was just a terrific and nice... read more guy.
He over heard one of our party mention she’d forgotten to hand a key back so he volunteered to do so on his return to PD later the same day, how good was that!

Stellar chauffer services by Charlie this evening coming off our flight.
There was a mix up in our accomodation bookings which Charlie handled with ease upon arriving to our transport.... read more He had managed to verify and confirm our mix up of hotel reservations whilst we awaited on hold from our airline crewing team. His customer service was both immpecable and proactive. He assured us he would relay the informatgion for our morning pick up back to the airport directly to management and completed this whilst we checked in to our hotel.

Both myself, my secondary FO and the cabin crew were extremely impressed with his due diligence & PR skills.

It is great to be back in Cairns and once again have reliable transport and drivers who will go the extra mile for their passengers,

We recently arrived back in Cairns after a couple of years away due to Covid. We were greeted by our friendly & well presented private driver Charlie at the Airport... read more for our transfer to Port Douglas.

We were welcomed with professionalism, a well detailed and presented vehicle along with a great sense of humour & also a brief detour for a coffee prior to our journey. Charlie was more then happy to detour for our coffee fix as he had been given extra time for the VIP trip. We stopped in at Muddy's on the Esplanade for a great view and great conversation.

Charlie even ensured to organise our local shuttle passes prior to saying goodbye after arriving at our destination. Nothing was a hassle.

What can we say other then we look forward to seeing him on the return journey back to the airport, & remember why we have booked with Excellence each time for the past several years, each driver including Jimmy the owner have been nothing other then friendly and genuine in nature.

Thanks Jimmy and well done on the new fleet. Here's a pic, PS she rides comfortable mate. ️
