About Us

Online booking for Port Douglas to Cairns Airport transfers and charter transport services provided by our Cairns-based family-owned and run business.

Our buses leave Cairns Airport 10x per day on the following fixed schedule: 07:00, 08:45, 09:45, 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 13:45, 15:00, 16:00, and 18:30. We suggest book a shuttle leaving 30 mins or more after your arrival. 

On departure from Port Douglas we operate 13x shuttle transfers on the following fixed schedule: 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, midday, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00.

Our 20 vehicles are running regularly. We also offer private transfers on 5-7 seater Hyundai iMax or Kia Carnival or 1-5 pax black Mercedes-Benz Valente and 1-2 pax Mercedes-Benz C200 Series limousine service.

Our standard 13 seater shared shuttle is our late model Toyota HiAce fleet, and larger 20 seater vehicles and up to our 53 seater luxury liner for large groups.

Our Cairns Airport Shuttle services run normal hours every day from 6am to 6:30pm. Office hours 6am to 8pm.

Leaving Port Douglas AND Cairns daily at 9 am. Leaving Hartley’s at 4 pm daily returning to Port Douglas at approx: 4:30 pm and arriving in Cairns at approx: 5 pm.

Excellence Shuttles were a great service from Cairns Airport to Port Douglas, and we used them as a shuttle during our stay there. Much cheaper than the other shuttle company at $8 return from the Sheraton into town and back, and the drivers were more friendly. I had left my back cushion in the taxi, and even before I realised it was missing, the driver had tracked me down and it was waiting in my hotel room when I returned. Thanks for the great service!

For our limo services we offer luxury Mercedes-Benz Valente, C200 series sedan and Mercedes Sprinter for limousine and private services.
